i was hoping.

to actually have something to say today.
but i dont.
because the evil steelers.
had to win the superbowl again.
and just couldn't let the amazing Kurt Warner have one last win.
grr. steelers.
okay i'm over it now.
umm. lets see here.
oh some sleeping advice.

its totally awesome to listen to music as you try to fall asleep.
but you know not just any kind of music.
you need to listen to music that doesn't have words.
therefore you won't be up all night singing to your fav songs.
so like instrumental kind of music.
its the best!
really it is.
so yeah. there's your little piece of advice from me today.
